Warnock, Lake Question

Anyone frequent this lake? I may be able to go on Saturday and am just wondering! Thanks!

Buddy went there today and said it is frozen!

If you're looking to bank fish, the shed dams are way better. I used to fish several of the shed dams up there when i went to the votech. There is one of off 73 on the west side of town and on the south side of the road. Also there's one straight north of the first one off of Parkview St. There's several others but I have caught lots of crappie out of those 2. I've never caught much out of Warnock either from the bank or a boat.

Thanks. I will try to get there soon. Are there certain colors that work will? Minnows?

Warnock has a ton of crappie but I've never seen one bigger than about 8".

It sounds like it shall be fun when I can go!

There is a bar that sells minnows, it is called Eddy`s, 10th Ave. an 92 highway.

I went on Monday, as known it was super windy. My four year old and I had fun but no bites at all!
