Got off work early today so I decided to hook up and go to Jordan. Fished the farrington bridge. I ended with 5 five total and two nice keepers. There were a couple of other there catching them. I talked with one older gentlemen he said he caught 19 keepers on jigs. I caught mine on minnows. I guess I need to try some jigs
A friend of mine went today caught 10 biggest 1.6lbs
Thanks for the report. More fish are down the lake, but the bigger fish are still up north, I think.
My brother caught 19 good keepers on Monday down the lake.
Anytime you can catch enough to eat, it goes into the good trip category.

I spend most of my fishing time on Jordan, but always from the shore. Does anyone have any tips for a shore fisher? I can't seem to get to them during the cold months. It's pretty sketchy getting over too and under that Farrington Rd bridge. Once it gets warmer, I don't usually have many problems with my go-to spots, but for the last couple months, I just can't seem to get a bite. It got aggravating, so I've just kind of stopped going.
