Cabelas has their top of the line Pro Series drift socks on sale for 25% off. Just a heads up for you guys that might need some. I bought the 66" ones. I wanted the 78", but was told that those are longer than the older ones and held a larger volume of water, and would actually slow you down to much unless you had a 20+ mph wind.
Order me two 78's....I don't believe you can go too slow, most of the time.[emoji4]

do yall ever use just one? or do you need one going off each side of the boat? just curious....seems like one would make you drift towards the left or right either directions a bit
On your boat you could use on big one, make you a harness like a ski tow harness that hooks to your tiedowns eyes on back of boat and comes together in center of boat back of your motor. Hook sock to that. That's how I rig my big one and it works fine. You can also unhook one side and kind of tack with the wind like a sail boat.Quote:

I actually like the boat to swing. It seems to cover a wider path down the lake. I really like the swing with a heavy chain that almost holds you in place.Quote:
