Keep your heads up !
Headed our way also.
This is the 1st snow goose season I've missed in 25 years, the last 15 years as an outfitter/guide. The weather used to consume me worrying about it. It sure is nice to not be out there in it every day. I'll miss the $$ though.
They showed a slight chance of Tornados in the Memphis/Midsouth area. Just showed mostly Severe Thunderstorms for here.
Snow goose season? If open shoot and on school grounds I could have had a few hundred friday.
Looks we need to keep an eye out
Weatherman still predicting bad weather to come this evening. Everyone needs keep an eye on the weather and be safe.
Just informed we would be turning out school at 1:00 p.m.
Sure doesn't look good!
Schools turning out early in the Colombus, west point area, and west alabama

Been driving rain in ob off and on.
Tornado hit places in Collinsville,Ms. up close to Okatibbee reservoir. Hope everyone their are safe.
I just drove home from Laurel to Louisville. Hwy 15 was closed south of Newton due to trees, etc. in the road. I was forced to take a backroad route for a ways. I understand their is a lot of damage in Collinsville near Okatibbee. Wishing and praying for the best for ScottV and friends. Also damage at Pickensville, Al, on the Ten Tom Waterway. Heard the prison there had major damage to administrative buildings.
Heard from ScottV....they have no power....but he and SteveJ are both ok Scott said there is lots of damage in that area though.
Several homes, Churches, and schools damaged in and near Collinsville, Ms. right above Okatibbee Reservoir. Good to know ScottV and Steve and their Family and homes are ok. I Pray everyone else are ok also.
Yep, just got off the phone with Scott myself, sounds like he had a close call. Some pretty bad damage near him and even closer to Steve. He doesn't have any power at this time.
Just got some pics of the 1st Baptist Church in Collinsville. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...ca0d0d61ee.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2016...db17de633d.jpg
Dang, that's not good.
Prayers sent for everyone safety.
Tornado headed for Columbus now!!
Attachment 228033Hope everyone came out okay. Had wind gusts over 80mph on the MS river near Stack Island. This little guy gave us a good scare when he crossed our stern.
Wow, glad yall are safe!
That church is about a 1/2 mile from us, we were doing a lot of praying and the LORD answered those prayers for us. A lot of damage from what I have heard.
Glad you guys are safe and sound.
National news this morning showed a lot of damage in the Collinsville area, sooooooo glad you all were spared this devistation.
Yes, it skipped us here too.
I drove to midtown Memphis for a load of sawdust/wood shavings yesterday. I fill 55 gallon bags for easier handling, 8 bags will fill my truck. Light rain, so I didn't have to use the wipers much. While inside the bottom dropped out. Glad the building has a good roof. Driving home I didn't have to use the wipers much. Unloading the truck, it was clear. I cleaned up and ate a late lunch. Then to the coop to collect the eggs. The bottom dropped out again. I couldn't see the house from the coop. They are 260 feet apart.
