No wasted space in the old location.
Good deal, Kenny and his wife are good folks.
I was in the new location a couple of weeks ago while they were moving. Got a great deal on some popeye jigs thanks to Dean. The new place is going to be nice and more convenient to get a rig in and out of.
Chaunc's brother Rich is going to be disappointed. We were in there on our way to Barkley last spring to get into some gills/redears/cats. They had never been. Rich wanted to stay. He said he had found fisherman's heaven. I can't say I'd go that far but they do carry a good selection. The new place definitely won't have the same "feel". Maybe that feel was rubbing elbows with the others shopping in crowded aisles.
I think my trips to Ken's was the most expensive part of my Ky Lake trip every year. The only thing I wish he carried was some weedless jigs.
I'm not too familiar with Lake City, where's the "Old Cole's Lumber Building"? I hope it's easy to find.
It's super easy.
Just pull out of the old Ken's and head due east towards Barkley Dam and you shouldn't have any issues with spotting it at the bottom of the hill before you pass Knoth's BBQ on the right side of the road.
Here is a little map for Ken's TBC new location. Just down the road east. They are great people and Barbara has had a lot of surgeries last year. They have been through heck and back with moving and a lot of doctor trips. We have been praying hard for these folks and it is looking better. Your eyes will pop when you see all the crappie stuff.

Thanks guys. I'll be coming in that way so it will still be on my way.
I ran out there yesterday just to look around. Much bigger and more open than the old store. They were working still putting stuff out. I asked where the spinner and buzz baits were and one of the ladies said they haven't found them yet. Lucky for me it is just 10 miles from my house so I can go and check every once in while.
Hope your not disappointed Pappy. When the one here in the Ville opened i was less than impressed. They have stuff there they will never sell. The crappie section was nothing to brag about for sure.Maybe a little better now.You would think a big company like that would have a regional consultant on board to advise them on what kind of fishing is going on and what they are using to catch fish.I hate the river crossing to Bass pro but it"s so much better. When they open Pappy go in there and get em straightened out.
yep the one in the ville Louisville that is, over crowed with clothes and not a lot of fishing
I am so with you on this... was down there with my wife a few weeks back and astonished when it looked closed at the old location...
