Thanks!I have always use #4 in them and been happy with that. I do have some with #2 Sickles, but really I prefer the #4 look and they catch just fine. That is what these are.
New one on me # 4 hook in a 1/4 oz thanks.Always learning.

I copied your Avatar jig awhile back and have caught many fall crappie with it. The grey is the ticket in fall, looks just like a minnow in the water! I hope you don't mind. Have not had a chance yet, to try in spring, summer.

I really like those skip. have been wondering if a size 4 would work with a 1/4oz. head, was thinking about making a single cavity mold for such heads.

Beautiful jigs skip. I like the look of the Grand estaz. I'm never satisfied with the way my hackle tails turn out but these look really good.

Skip's video on hackle helped me a lot still not a pro at it but I improve a lot after waching it.

Oregan Slabman you hit it on the head pretty much. I take each jig as a challenge and want to do my best every time! Every once in a while a jig tail will give me fits, but the. I just do it over and over until I am at least satisfied!
