They're usually set up in the Jim Graham BLDG. The entire show itself encompasses both the Dorton Arena and JG BLDG. If you've never been, it's a neat deal. You'll find deals on everything from boats to fishing lures, that you normally wouldn't get. Yes, Monk is the highlight of the show for all of us crappie-heads.Quote:

JuSt got back home from the expo. Stopped by monks and stocked up on some stuff. Very helpful gentleman that wasn't monk helped us, didn't catch his name. Not a lot of stuff there. They did have a trout fishing pond for $3 and the sign said you could keep it. Saw a little girl catch one and watched a seminar by the sonar professor. Learned something new. Overall it was a good time and spent about 4 hours there without realizing it.

Went to the show yesterday afternoon. I went by monks trailer and he spent about 20 mins talking to me about the different types of jigs and when to use them. That was the first time I've met him in person and it was a great experience. Thank you mr. Monk for the great customer service yesterday. When I catch some the next time out I'll post some pictures for you. Thanks again mr. Monk
