Just some of the old timers hanging on looks like. Some got their feelings stepped on and left.
You can only share so much before its starts being the same thing over and over over again. Pics of fish are pics of fish. Big deal. Google it and you can find millions of pics. Tactics and everything else has been covered on here. Just search. Not saying just fun and general chit chat can't be entertaining. And here's a big secret. When the fishing gets tough, the less chat. Most aren't going to work their butts off and then put someone right on top of em by posting. But fishermen/sportsman "naturally" like to brag when things are good!
Slows down toward winter, once deer season is over it will be hopping.
Fesh are biting tho, enjoyed the last couple days with Swampseed and his dad Tom.

Crappie.com has always been a "family friendly" site. There are plenty other sites out there for those that like that other kinda stuff.
And traffic here has always been season dependent. Goes up and down all the time. Picks up big time in the Spring.
Just wait, before long everybody will be talking about how much snow they got! If you look at the bottom of the Main Forum page, the most users on-line was on 4-12-15 with 2,353! I'm somewhat of a Newbie having joined in Feb. I'm on this site everyday and just about pick up something everyday. But then, I have alot to learn!:biggrin
Before to long the spawners will be back begging for fishing reports so they don't have to waste their precious time trying to find them on their own.

I try to put a pic and report from time to time. Some times don't catch enough to report.
Sometime people play to hard like I did, and hurt people's feeling. I know I did and Slab put up with it for a while, gave me warning, but I kept on, and then he banned me for a long time. I know I was wrong and I learned my lesson, and Slab give another chance. I think it's changed some, but for the better I think. It's the holiday season and people are doing other things, like deer and duck hunting. About Feb. things will fire back up real good. And for what it's worth Satdoc is still way more ugly than me ...:fingerdance
You and that bunch you run around with are hard on people... Lol
We call them lurkers or internet scouts. Fishermen can be bad but the waterfowl hunters are the absolute worst. I've seen guys post pics of their duck hunts and photoshop backgrounds into the pics so the scouts couldn't tell where the pic was made. Pretty funny to see a strap full of ducks in front of the Grand Canyon.Quote:
