Looks nice!
Looks good. Which battery/batteries power the lights?
Looks really good. :ThumbsUp:ThumbsUp
I just run them off my main battery ran a power and ground with a inline fuse they use very little power on my old boat I used a 12v 5ah battery and would fish 3-4 nights between charging
I needed those lights in the fog this morning.
Have you ever fished with the lights mounted directly to the boat this way? Most use the submersible lights.
Yeah I've fished with the lights like that before it does penetrate the water I also use a submersible light but those help you see your rod tips
Looking good tink we still need to go one of these days.:fish
Man tink that does look very good. How do you have them attached to the side of the boat. They sure look like it should work.
I used the heavy duty double sided tape we did my buddies boat last year and you can't pull them off
Jeremy, start another thread and show us those submersible lights you made using PVC pipe and LED lights.
Hey mike sorry it took so long my brother has been in town only get to see him about once a year here is a picture of one not finished and a picture of them on my old boat I'd get you a better picture but they are in my buddies boatAttachment 220586Attachment 220587
tink are those leds just glued to pvc? Ones I have been looking at use clear pvc with leds inside.
Ripnlips yeah those lights come on a strip with 3m tape and you just cut them what ever size you want then I rap it around a pvc pipe and epoxy the ends and put weight in them to make them sink they have a silicone like material over them that makes them water proof I'm on my third year on my first set they sell them on eBay just look for green waterproof led strip lights I bought two rolls and they were only like 21 or 22 dollars shipped to my door they are a little over 15 feet per strip and 300 LEDs per strip if you buy any get the 50/50 I use a half a strip per light
