So I take today off work to fish. Brother and I head to Truman while it's still dark. And then this happened.

One of the guys at work had one hit the side of his car today also. Knocked the mirror off and damaged the whole side of the car. Had to kick the door open.

Luckily with friends like Darren and Kelly help soon arrived and even tho it was late in the day we still got to fish, and caught 15 of these

It doesn't look it but it hit him square on, he was so busted up he rattled when I shook him. I'll beat and bend the metal and put a radiator in it.

Hit a whole herd of them last year 10 grand was the final bill and 3 weeks without a vehicle to tow my boat. I am getting ready for payback come the 14th. Glad everything turned out and no people were hurt. And thanks for the report I had been looking for it.:biggrin

I hit one a few years ago while heading to the water to fish. Husband was sound asleep. He heard "Oh S---" and thump. Got a buck too. Got it with the driver side corner. Then rolled down the fender and door. Smeared deer crap down side of truck. Didn't hurt the radiator or anything for driving. Stopped at McDonalds and pulled the loose pieces off of truck and went fishing. Saw several sunday morning while headed to water but they all behaved good and stayed put.

bent up my wife's car hitting one back in August...will be looking for some payback this coming Saturday
