Sweet! Nice fish!

Great post JR! I opted out of Disney and instead went say hello to Mr. Jack Miller. Will post shortly...
Jig Rig had another great day. I loved the pics. I would like to go to JR's Disneyland some day. Just the scenery would be worth the drive.
Healthy looking bunch of fish Jig!! Very nice!
Very nice.
Nice.....U bass fishing now?
Co worker wanted me to check his spot. :) So I do as I'm asked LOL. I haven't bass fish in a long time. ;)
Made about twenty cast and caught little bass and a dozen or so gar hits. Then the bird nest. Cut my speck jig off the other cast rod and threw a few more time and gave up bass fishing.
Hey PS,
I talked with the coworker today and he gave some more details. I fished the points. He failed to tell me about the run out in the back or letting the bait hit the trees and stumps to get bit.
Nice pictures JR. That bottom right picture with the back lash looks all too familiar to me! lol Also in the bottom right picture, I noticed the tri color jig. Is that a blue top, green body and chrt. tail jig? That is the EXACT jig I have been looking for if it is, can you tell me where you found it and where I can get some? Thanks
Dwyane, it's black,green,chartreuse...good color,I use these every now and then.....check out Southern Pro's website....on another note...have some bad news...El Giro's is closed:Doh: good news is,there is another Mexican restaurant nearby, next to Toledo Town Inn
El Giro's opened up under the name of Pepe's. We tried it, good stuff. Same employees, one of them bought it from the previous owner. Essentially the same menu items.
The same people that owned El Gyro's also own one in Hemphill and by the interstate. That is a lot for one family I guess. Must be why they sold. Bet it will stay the same.
It's the same, talked to the fella that bought it. Tasted the same as well - the ways I like it. Salsa, red sauce, and everything. Haven't tried the new place not far down the road where the seafood buffet was. The place Marty was talking about. Too bad they shut down. If someone would have opened up a BBQ there would have been better, especially a Texas boy. I figure with Toledo Bend being named the top bass fishing lake in the nation, the economy in the area will pick up a great deal.
