Them are jam up buddy, love them jelly jigs. I make them myself but mine are open pour that I made myself.
Good looking jigs.
I like the looks of them
That injection mold is one sweet puppy Bob. If you ever have a hankerin to sell it before you move back to Oregon, I just might know someone who will make a bid on it. Please do a jelly jig with the living rubber skirt legs in it. I want to compare it with the ones I have been making. (See Photo) I also need a good wax worm color recipe. I have been using five drops white, one drop orange, one drop aqua and one drop pearl, and two drops yellow but I still am not quite satisfied with the outcome. Attachment 216129
Okay Mike for the color of your wax worms I suggest chartreuse or yellow or even a dark brown. Mike if you're wanting one of those molds for injection of the jelly jigs. You can go to Jacobs and order a mold for making injection jelly jigs I've enclosed a picture. you also asked for me to post a picture with using living rubber in the injection mold here it is. http://cdn1.bigcommerce.com/n-yp39j5...0.1280.JPG?c=2 The mold that I use for injection molding will never be for sale it is one-of-a-kind that Rick made for me.
This is what I came up with for a customer. He is thrilled to death with it...so I will not be doing the injection molding process. This was done using the needle method and then some loctite for the jighead. I think it almost looks as good as injecting them. Thanks for the wax worm recipe Bob.
