Burgoo

Well it was to windy to fish so Lindsey and I made a big pot of BurgooAttachment 215886Attachment 215887

I'm just curious. What it "burgoo"? Sure looks good though! Must be expecting a big crowd!

Sum yankee concoktion I suspect.

It's a Kentucky stew with beef, chicken cabbage potatoes onions carrots corn and tomatoes.

& it's good.

I get mine at Old Hickory in Owensboro Ky. Some good stuff. and the mutton is great too.
