Thanks Rees! Can anybody give me a review of the place? Is it clean, nice beds, decent fish cleaning station, etc.? My brother has a bad back and needs a plush bed.Quote:

Yep, not plush but gets the job done. Weve stayed there twice and are staying there again next spring.
Geo. Cossar State Park at Enid, Cabin #14 has 1 queen in one room and 2 queens in the other room. Bathroom with shower in each.
What's plush?
Number 8 motel. Individual cabins but are close together like motel rooms. Older place but CLEAN!!! 40 bucks a night for a kitchenette with two queen beds. Close to Lakeway for bait and the dam (Marina). 333 seafood buffet on the weekends and down town eateries and amenities are all close.
Hambones is ok, but when we stayed there they had 50 4-wheeler groups that stayed up all night riding their machines and drinking. Didn't sleep very much. Pretty much a one time deal tho. Not Hambones fault even tho they didn't do anything to stop it.

I have to second on the 8 ball motel. The owner is from Ill. plus have a cleaning station.

Agreed. It's new and clean, and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, it's nowhere near $40/night.Quote:
