Two of the most amazing days I've ever had on the water was when it was snowing. Not sure if the fish thought the snow was insects landing in the water or what, but the fish were hitting everywhere.

he probably had some relatives visiting he didn't like and had to get out of the house.

Sometimes fish bite in the worst weather,why wouldn't they.

I lived a lot of years in Wisconsin and have fished many days through a little hole in the ice in similar weather.

My best fish to date came late in the night with the wind howling and the rain starting to freeze. Something about the bad weather makes the big ones frisky.

Probably settin on the bank facing the west in one my favorite areas to fish lol .

That's pretty funny I've had some trips like that. Days like that make me questions my sanity.

Sometimes the only chance you get to fish is when its too nasty to work. The up side to that type of weather is not much competition at the good fishing holes. Most people just stay home. Ha

My only problem is when the weather is like that I'm in it to my elbows trying to keep folks warm.
