Who's up for a FJ tourney on Oct 24
Same format as before sign up and pay later.
Again if you sign up you must show up and pay at the weigh in or won't fish the next ones. If you need to cancel you can pm me up to start time that morning
Poles in the water at 630. Stop fishing at 2. Weigh in no later that 3.
Weigh in will be at the pavilion at Big Bear again.
Please pm me if you want to sign up.
It is easier for me to keep up with and not have to filter through.

I'm in. Can I run the boat for 2 out-of-town members? Boat operator and net man only. Got my fingers crossed that some guys from PA are going to make it.
I'm in regardless. May have to bring my wife if my buddies don't make it.

I will be down that weekend with my dad and brother in law, if anyone needs a partner let me no and we will enter.
I will probably fish but will have to burn a floating holiday at work so going to make sure we have enough and weather looks feasible before I sign up and take off.
I guess Vicki and I are out for a while. I sold my boat today and will start stripping my electronics and Terrova off of it ASAP. New Excel won't be here for weeks.

Russ, it was one of those deals that doesn't come along often. Guy called me about it, said he wasn't interested in electronics or Terrova and would pay my absolute low dollar price. That was how I was planning on selling it, he's fished out of it so he knew what he is getting, AND he wants me to keep it in my garage till the Excel is ready to back into its place. He even told me to keep fishing out of it till he picked it up. No way I was going to do that. Sometimes one sort of feels that there is a higher power involved, this is one of those times.Quote:

Nope, even though Chaunc, his brother Rich and their buddy TO have spent several hours in that boat. Local friend who is not a member here yet.
Hey Russ, I enjoyed fishing from his boat and sorry to see it go butttttttttttttt...... That new one is sharp and I look forward to fishing with Doug in it. My next boat will be one big enough to handle Lake Erie's big water. That won't be for a few more years yet tho. When I do get my next boat, I'm inviting all my CDC family to come north and enjoy a nice weekend on the lake. Just not everybody at one time :biggrin
Chaunc you just wanna whip my tail in Doug's new boat. The wife and I just returned from Ohio where I fished out of Port Clinton, Ohio. Got my limit an helped several others get their limit. Always enjoy fishing on Erie, its the lake I cut my teeth on.

Just checked the weather again and they are still calling for 70% chance of rain for Saturday. I'm good with what ever the majority wants to do. Just thought I would throw it out there I know some have took off work. So I just thought I would put out a feeler in case they needed to cancel vacation
I am good with whatever the rest want to do. Worked so much overtime I am a little burned out, I am taking off either way.
Im good, got rain gear and ready. Some models are looking at later in the day before steady rains begin.

The wife and I had a blast. Very proud of my little lady for sticking it out in miserable conditions. This was our first tournament together, not bad for rank amateurs!
Great to put some live faces with the c.c names. Look forward to more of these in the future.
Had a good a time, weather wasn't as bad as I expected really. Thanks Dean and Bruce for putting it together. Congrats to Dean and Marcus for getting it done again. Looking forward to doing it again in a couple weeks.

Weather ended up holding out till last hour or so. Thanks to all of you that came out and fished and the ones that didn't fish but came to the weigh in. That is what its all about. Getting together and having a good time fishing.
