I had time to fool around and I made this spinner ! The blade flies with just me blowing on it! Parts and pieces I scavenged ! I poured the head and cut out the blade out of duct work I had in the basement!i made a 09 sec.video but it won't load?

It should work for you I believe! Nice work and fen made your own propeller!
I did some using propellers a couple years back, but just put the blade on a regular jig head and made sure it had roo. To turn easy. Did use some beads too though!
Here is one of mine and I did catch crappie on these in The spring.

Skip u just did it, I forgot I could use clear goo. For the stop! Or a bead, thanks those both your and Fatman look really good
LOL, also know Loon makes some UV Fly Paint in a few colors and they make some powder stuff I think that I used to make a color that I added to the clear. They Fly Paint that I used may be just that, I do not remember! At least not right now, LOL! You can use it clear like you said, but you can also make it a color or even Glow stuff which I have als done.
What I am using right now to post this I am having trouble with getting e pictures, but will come back and show you a couple more to show what I am talking about.
Hey I'm thinking I can incorporate the glow powder to the clear glue! Also when I use uv thread it gives the glow under the clear goo!
You can do that and think I have, but also can use Softex if you dont mine letting it dry on its own! Also Softex is a lot cheaper because you get a lot more in that jar than most glues and head cements! Just a thought!
Okay now on my computer so can show pics easier.

Here is one using Loon Phosphorescent Powder in the UV Glue, not sure if it was Loon UV Glue or the Clear Cure Goo. I have a lot more that I did, but this is enough to see.

Great looking spinners, they will work, for sure. I need a few.
You guys are killing me with the little propellers guess I'm going to have to go make me up some they look awesome guys.
I make these for plastics using a 1/16 oz mold that I modified to accept a wire keeper. They work great!
Maybe the picture will work this time
Hey a Photobucket account is free and easy to post here, but also can just upload from here. Just look below where your posting to try and add the image. Also if it doesn't work at first try you can edit your post for a little while before that is to where you can't change it.

Thanks Skip, the only difference from the last time I posted a photo and this time was the use of a phone to take the picture. Used a camera this time, hope it works!Attachment 215682
KO that's pretty cool! I would have to change how I use to put a soft plastic on though. I use to just crap it up to the head as far as I could. It's been a long time though since I used an soft plastic. It seems I only buy them and then for some reason I just never put them on. This happens every year to me and it's just my OCD is so bad with fishing stuff! You should see the amount of fly tying materials I have that I know will never get used by me and not because I will not tie, it's just that much stuff, LOL!
