as a bacon guru, im not 100% sure i approve of mustard on a blt....but hey, whatever flips a man's switch! i wonder if that would taste good with say, this pancetta i made?

i like miracle whip too on my blt and my sub sandwiches. i use a 1/2 cup of mw and add a tbsp of good ground horseradish, lawry's seasoned salt and black pepper to taste. give it a try, its awesome!Quote:

Well, I finally could not take thinking about it. I opened the koop's and put some on a BLT sammich with Blue Plate mayo(almost hellman's). That stuff is some good. Definitely should be in the stores down here with the cajun spices and sauces.
