We just got in from seeing the neurosurgeon that did the surgery on Linda's back. He gave her permission to do anything she wants except bend over or pick up any of weight. He wants her to give her back another month to heal before she starts doing those things. Thank God for little miracles and thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers.

If it were me, I'd say take it easy like the doctor said. If he/her doesn't want her to bend over, then she doesn't need to be in a boat - you never know once on the water what's going to happen. No sense in rushing things to heal, better safe than sorry. Then again, it's just me.
