I went out Monday morning and started out real good then the wind picked up and had white caps and couldn't keep my boat going in a straight line spider rigging. Got bounced around alot.
Call Toad Frog, hes killin em. Cranks I think.

Sorry Gobob. I haven't been able to go fishing. Not to be a Debbie downer, but my mother has been diagnosed with kidney cancer. I have different priorities at the moment. It is good to see all of the pics!!! I am hopeful I will get to go at least one day in the next month. Sure is tuff spot right now, but only the strong survive!! Great reports fellas!!

Any updates. What has this heat wave done to the fishing ?
I haven't been on the ville for awhile. Hoping to hit it again regularly soon. Not crazy about being there with all the traffic. Birdman has been awfully quiet. Probably too much fish catchin and too little time for posting :dono. I heard its near normal pool now so should be decent.
Can't speak for the ville, but the fish are not where you would expect.
Havent fished the ville much lately; have been guiding on another lake and doing very, very well. The times I have fished shelbyville in the past couple weeks I have targeted white bass and they are very bunched up right now in areas and pretty easy pickings. Nice sized fish ranging 9-15 inches. 100 fish days have been relatively easy.
ok, so I'll bite. Where have you been guiding and what kind of pattern are you working? Are you crappie hunting or white bass only?
