As a side note my bro-in-law had a street bike for sale. A dude from SC came over and tried it out. Long story short...he never returned from trying it out and was caught trying to trade it off for another bike 50 miles south. Whomever stole your truck cant sell it, trade it, or buy another tag for it without the title. Hopefully it'll be in tact whenever they decide to ditch it. Here's hoping anyways...
Update truck and trailer was found thursday. Truck was painted and beat up and trailer was cut up. So far guy didn't admit to stealing it so only got him with recovering stoling goods so just a slap on the hand.Attachment 211367Attachment 211368

he was in position of it he is the thief unles he can come up with the seller . anyone that would buy something like that has got to be stupid or guilty or involved some mway . you have to have papers on that .
They need to talk with the guy he bought it from in GA...if he even exists.
I don't know what law enforcement agency you are dealing with but if he can't produce a bill of sale or title. It's possession of stolen property at the least. Not to mention he is claiming to have crossed state lines with the goods. That's 3 counts. Don't back off put him away.
