We do the same thing every 4th. It is a family tradition on my wife's side. It used to be catfish until I come along. Now it is only crappie. 4PM every 4th. Hope this day drys out soon!

big family cookout got moved till tomorrow. i grilled salmon and boiled shrimp for my crew today. ribs and chicken tomorrow for the whole mob tomorrow. i'll save the crappie for football season.
