They sure do look good.
takes a lot of patience to turn out those good paint jobs. they look good.
Nice job. Now go use a few of em.
LOL he did BRM on Dardanelle. I keep telling him stop trying to turn the Big D into a MS Lake. LOL Beautiful work JW.
Cp the bite was only good for the catfish when I cranked Dardenelle last weekend. Glad you and Greg didn't get mad at me when I drove by conway without stopping or calling ya lol. They were pulling water hard while I was there. Don't know if that affected the bite or not. Ran into Nimrod while out there and fancy seats. What a nice rig they were in too.
Thanks Jackie it's always fun to play in my shop when I can't fish.
You made that from scratch? Looks Great!! What airbrush do you use?
Lets see the other 99. [emoji57]
Like the paint job, the color scheme and the layout. Nice photo work. Thinking about using it for a screensaver. Got to see what it looks like.
Thanks retiredrr. I have worked hard at learning how to use an airbrush and pour plastics and lead. The same effort goes into fishing lol.
Take a kid fishing
I gave the air brush some thought when I purchased some lures from ScottV, but at 72, I need to fish more and let the younger fellers enjoy painting the lures.
If you get to where you want to do some custom orders, let me know. PM's welcome.
Great Job JW!! I may have to try to start painting me some.....Seems like they discontinued "Sardis Gold"...........:dono
Randy I can help ya get started if like or you can buy some and I will paint them for extra baits. No secrets here man just want to see everyone catch fish anyway they like.
I might take you up on the painting of a few. I love the sardis gold and can't seem to find them anymore. I wish I had the time to paint and make my own jigs....Shoot , I'm at about 500 hours overtime already this year.....Can't even hardly find the time to fish!!......If I get to running low and loose some after I get to pulling, I will Holla at cha!! Thanks JW! Some mighty fine work you and "lil bit" doing!
Great work JW and the setup for the photo was another great idea too.
Hey Arkansasbowhunter what is a good airbrush to start out with for a beginner? Thanks
I'd like to do airbrushing, but don't know the first thing about it. It just looks cool. Would probably just make a mess!
JW you are one talented fellow, you give 110 % effort at being good at whatever you set your mind to, great looking bait buddy!!!!!!!
Guys wanting to learn a bunch about lure making, painting etc. check out tackleundwrground.com
A good airbrush would be an iwataa Gravity fed the hpb model I got for $100. You can get cheaper but if you do much you will them upgrade. You want a fine tip .2 to .3. The paints we use are createx water based paints you can get online or at hobby lobby. Anyone else have questions feel crew to ask be glad to help.
Thanks Greg your are correct. A personality flaw I guess.
