That dude wants to go fishing BAD!:Rofl
Hopefully he don't take any electric wires. That boat is up higher than wires in picture.
Would like to watch the launch and load process! Haha!
i saw a guy last year with a hitch mounted on a spare tire in the trunk of a car landing and launching a boat on Lake Chicot. He had to leave his trunk open to transport the boat. I'm not sure how he had the spare tire secured. I just hoped that I never met him on the highway.
Wannabe fishin the spillway again?
That's Uncle Robert. He's getting on up in years. Can't load it with the motor on it by himself anymore.
:yikes:Rofl:Doh:
Hey Rees, swing by the drive-thru and pick me up some dinner.
I have sad news, unfortunately this idea was not well thought out and as you all know the wind was pretty bad today. It took several hours just to get to the lake, every time we got going the boat acted like a sail pushing down on the back of the car and making it do a wheely, think if the wind had not been so bad we could have made more ground. Upon gettin to the ramp, Long Branch, and unloading the boat, gettin the 200 Merc out of the back seat and puttin it on, we found that either the asphalt had rubbed a hole in the back of the boat during one of our many wheelies or the 200 Merc was just to much for this boat. Either way the Dynamic Duo and myself are fine as they are both excellent swimmers and I had my life vest on, we now are at the house "licking our wounds" so to speak and have no intensions of going anywhere else this weekend, sorry downsouth.
On a good note, at least there is some new fish habitat in the river just off point 5 and when the oil slick clears should produce many crappie!!!!!!
Happy 4th guys and gals, stay safe!!!
I want to party with that guy!!!!
Plenty of down force there. Should get good traction coming up the ramp. Can't say much for gas mileage though!
all jokes aside. Those are the type folks that catches fish !!!
Better watch them old geezers in a Jon boat. They know the lakes from the bottom up.
Strap the engine to the hood for a counter weight. Better yet, put the kids out on the front and record a car surfing video for YouTube. When you get to the water hand one of them the sculling paddle.
Now that's commitment! My kinda guy. Way to go RG.
