Why is everything under the re-bar covered? Never seen that before.
I believe the plastic serves as a vapor barrier
Normal delta pour. Hose it down with lorsban then cover. Bug free for 100 years and no contact with porous concrete
We lay bisqueen under all the concrete we do, better.
