Crooked Creek Therapy

I have been feeling quite a bit of personal and professional stress lately, so I decided that I needed some Crooked Creek Smallmouth Therapy. It is amazing how you forget about all of life's troubles when you have the feistiest fish in the state pulling on your line. I ended up catching a few more than 30 smallies and a handful of longear sunfish, Ozark bass, and green sunfish. Biggest smallie was just shy of 15". I feel like a new man! Too bad I can't do that once a week. Not yet anyway.

Is crookedcreek in missouri?

There may be one in MO but I'm sure the one he's on flows West to East below hwy 62 and flows into the white river below Cotter. It's in the area of Yellville.

Looks like a tranquil place.

It is outside of Yelleville in North Arkansas. It is just north of the Buffalo River.

Crooked Creek flows through Harrison. Caused some serious flooding in Harrison back in the 60's.

Thanks D-10 good therapy!! Heaven on earth!! I am hooked on crappie but have to go back to the smallmouth side!! Had a chance at a real good job in another state but could not leave crooked creek and the White River area.Thanks D-10 for all you do for the fishermen and our lakes and streams!!!
