Old tractor tires??

I have a bunch of old tractor tires, most with the wheels still in the tires, on a piece of property that I own. What can I do with them? I don't have access to a loader or trailer any more, all of my Dad's equipment went in the sale. ( I know, I am kickin myself now.) Do any of you know anybody that would be interested in them, or know anybody that would know what to do with them? I have not counted, but I bet there are over 20?

Also...an old steel tank with a couple thousand gallons of used motor oil.

and an old cotton picker,

and a bunch of old plastic irrigation pipe,

and a shotgun house..........

I have a mess to clean up at the old farm headquarters, and I am not sure how to get started. Any advise would be appreciated.

I would like to have the tires and may be interested in some of the other stuff if you can wait till cool weather.

Rent a tractor with front end loader, borrow or rent a trailer, load scrap up and sale it for scrap metal(I know a guy that will buy it from u and load it himself if u go that route). Take shoot house to high place with some visibility and deer hunt it, and throw the plastic away.

I'd like 2 tires not on rims, but got to wait for cooler weather.

Up here we get $0.80 a gallon for drain oil. Check around in your area for companies that buy it. By me its R+S waste oil.

The waste oil will make heating oil. The rims are heavy, and will scrap at a good price. Sounds like a pile of money to me. [emoji57]

Checked with local scrap company about rims. They only want them without tires, and I am not planning to spend several days breaking down tractor tires..... Like I said..... I let everything go in the farm auction, so I dont have the tools to break down these tires if I was willing. John said he wanted the tires, and Canebreaker said he wanted two of em, so I think the tires are gonna take care of themselves. The house has some good old timber in it (prolly 80 or 100 years old) and new tin on the roof, so I expect I might find someone who will tear it down for the materials. Could just burn it down, nothing within 100 yards of it. Several tanks to be moved, one 5000 gallon with waste oil in it, and a 20,000 gallon diesel tank with a couple of inches of fuel in the bottom. A couple of Mexicans purchased the cotton picker, but only stripped the parts they needed and shipped em to Mexico. They left the rest of the body on the property. I will never find them to make em clean it up, and technically, anything left on my property after 90 days reverts to my ownership, so I guess I own the scrap picker body, again.....

Sort of overwhelming the amount of stuff that piles up around a 100 year old farm headquarters........ But I hate to sell the shop, I spent almost my entire childhood on the property. Learned to pull a wrench, weld and load a truck right there. Pour the diesel on them tires and set a match to em. Nothing but the rim and wire will be left. Go sell it for scrap. Invite friends over and drink beer and watch it burn. Sounds like a no brainer to me

That will sure make some black smoke an plenty of it.

Be a long weekend before I'd burn em. Them thangs burn Awhile!!!!

those timbers in the house could be worth a lot of money, that kind of stuff is valuable anymore. As far as burning the tires, yeah do it on the weekend as I think it is against the law anymore to do that.

You can find people to haul off the scrap and split the money you will not have to touch it and all

I had thought of that, but I do think it may be illegal...... EPA wise anyway. And that stack would burn for a while. Anyways, I think Rees wants the tires for something, and he is welcome to em.
