Well I just turned 77 a couple of weeks ago and wanted to do something I have always wanted to try. I bought a Banjo and am go to start taking lessons.Love banjo music and have always wanted to play one.If I get good enough I might be on grand old opery.:biggrin

Mr Jim, I bought a mandolin once and found than in 3 months the people who were dearest to me had come to hate me.
You are just a young squirt, go for it. Tuned 81 last month, about all I'm good for is a little gardening and going fishing with Scott, he's good to me that way plus he brings me some of Mrs Pam's eggs once in a while.
Now we got entertainment for fall camp. Be a real hoedown. Get after it MrJim you can do it.
