Anyone tell me how the water looks around tanners. Don't want to make the 2 hour drive if it's real muddy.
I haven't actually been to Tanners but I can't imagine it being muddy, we haven't had any rain.
I went by the Ohio River Wednesday about 15-20 miles east of there and the water looked good, I say go for it.

Yeah, Tanners should be in good shape, I am debating going there Sunday or possably Bishoff
i was there friday after work water is fine fishing not bad caught about 40 swimming jigs in 3 hours..
Hey is North Hogans very good this time of year for crappie ...
I was there last month and only caught two working all the way
up to the island.

If You look at google or bing maps, in Aurora In. there is a Iron bridge at the mouth of Hogan creek, once You pass the bridge Hogan creek splits left and right, one os considered South Hogan creek and the other North Hogan. I like Laughery out of all the creeks in that area
