1/8 Oz Roadrunner With Texas Toast, plus a Little 1/32 Extra

First just had this head looking at me and thought, maybe it would look good with some Texas Toast Chenille? SO here it is and yes that is painted over a Gold Plated head.

Then thought you may enjoy this one. I don't think that I have posted it here, at least I hope not, LOL! Anyway a guy sent me some mini marabou he bought by mistake and was not going to use it and wanted to send it to me. SO he did and I just right off thought I would try using the whole feather to tie this 1/32 Oz Roadrunner. Hope you like it as well! So I just trapped the end of the feather in as the tail portion and then palmered it to tie off and finish.

Thanks guys! I still need to try that Orange one in action, but that now will be a while since Spawn is done. Maybe I can try that on a larger regular jig and see how it does?

the 1/32 oz Roadrunner only comes in a #6 hook.

Only way to get bigger is with a Pony head and they actually weigh about 1/24. Still good though, but real Roadrunners are all made by Blakemore. I buy them unpainted and then I paint and tie them!
