It filled up early last summer (had been low 3-4 yrs prior?) I think it was 1/2 ft over? but by fall it was at least a foot low.

I was at Clinton today but the wind kept me inside the marina cove. The lake is at full pool if not just over as the bank is into the weeds that have grown up.
Nothing shallow, just a few in 13 fow 1 foot off the bottom. The main part of the lake is getting muddy with all the run off 4000gps coming in the waulky.
Capt. Dan,
Here is the latest and I bet its still raising. I saw Melvern and Pomona are going up fast also. Finally some inflow, should really help the fish to have current and nutrients to swim in!

new groceries for a lot of lakes thanks mother nature
Melvern three feet above pool, lucky Corps still holding water. lots of areas for fingerlings to hide and eat. Good news has to help
3.2 feet over pool, hopefully the COE don't drop it too fast.
Anyone else going to be on Clinton this weekend? Cool rainy days might keep the pleasure boaters and drunks inside away.
Thinking on hitting Clinton this weekend. Either launching before sunrise or as the rain ends. Need a couple boatloads of Whites for the freezer so I can focus on big fish.
I've heard there's some strange deal about Clinton where the release is influenced by the city somehow.
Have been told the same thing, but have the understanding that since the city uses water from the river that it has something to do with maintaining a minimum flow in the river so from what I've been told told high water has no impact on what the COE does. That's just what I have been told through the years. Could be incorrect, but would explain the low water levels of late.
