Fresh From The Garden Smothered Green Beans and Taters
We picked our first picking of contender bush beans. So we did what any good Cajun would do with them. WE smothered them down with fresh dug onions and taters from a friends garden a favorite combination of mine that marks the beginning of spring garden time.
