more slabs...again.

Definitely not complaining. Caught some more nice fish. Thursday evening and Friday night. Took some floating lights last nite but it was no match for that bright full moon. Cajan cricket jigs took em Thursday. Large minnows Friday night. Caught a few under the lights. The rest can from glow bobbers and minnows in about 5-6 fow. 11 first trip and 7 last night. Biggest crappie was 14" 1 lb 13 ozs. Also 8 bass up to 4lbs. I think their looking to spawn rite where the crappies were at a few weeks ago.

Undisclosed area on the pamunkey. Water temps were only. 60. Some recent rains have kept the water temps down. Was 55 last weekend and high. Two weeks ago it was 66.

Yeah, dealing with those cooler temps out here further west. We're usually a couple weeks behind which is why I asked. Thanks.

Fellas, I am at Langley from Kansas for some training and will be missing our annual Kansas Crappie tour! I am feeling the itch and would love to feel that thump! Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you in advanced! Attached is a picture of a couple Kansas slabs!

pm me I have a buddy in williamsburg that will hook you up... and is the tidal river master.... and has been 25 per angler 2 and 3 guys...limited 6 outta last 8 days and says they on fire this coming week............... you being from Kanasas he likes that so you not back without him..........hit me up i get ya a va slab.........

I'm ready to learn more about the tidal rivers. Much healthier water system that most lakes and ponds. Just got my late grandfather's 4.5 HP running so maybe I can explore a little more. Lately I've had good friends that take me out on their boat. Small waters are getting a bit old. Ready for more opportunities.
