Well DD that's making some kinda claim since MM is some fine whisky, BUT I ain't one to snub my nose at a whisky I ain't tried yet. I'll be more than happy to add this one to my Liquor Bucket List and snag some of it as early as possible. Gonna have to be real good to beat my Knob Creek and Four Roses SB.
I noticed that the s is close to the a on the key board so we will say you spelled Mark correctly!80 proof, should be smooth! How does it compare price wise!
I can't see a Canadian whisky being better then Makers Mark !!! Makers Mark is one more fine whisky for sure !!! IMO
Buffalo Trace period
It ain't cheap $28 for a fifth. It's sged in cork barrels and so smooth
ya'll need to try Bulliet bourbon if you want a smooth whiskey and it's also $28 a fifth.
HARD to beat MM. Been a fan for YEARS. It's especially good and smooth with a fine cigar occasionally. Jus sayin...
I don't drink much but when I do I'm a scotch man. Must be my irish blood. I drink 18 year old Glen Fiddich ... Talk about smooth.
Been meaning to try Glen Fiddich.
I heard this was about the best out there.

Mmmmm. I like the sound of an 18 year old scotch, but I can only imagine that it ain't cheap. I love the Glenlivet 12 year old. It's the priciest I've been able to bear buying so far at $40ish a bottle. I want to try their 18 year old stock but it's a little more than double that. I've been told that getting beyond 18 years is pushing scotch, but I don't know if there's anything to that or not. I sure ain't about to drop the Benjamins for no 20+ bottles.
Truth is that it's hard to beat Old Grand-Dad. At $18.00 a fifth and 100proof, it is a fine, fine drink. I don't think it's our Irish blood that makes us like a Scottish product:) I think it's our American Blood that makes us appreciate fine things like hard liquor!
Yeah it's not cheap at about $96 a bottle. I'll buy the 12 year old as well. It's pretty good itself. It's only about $46 a bottle.
