Is it Ice out on the Ville is Wilburn & Coal shaft open?
This is not gonna be a lot of help but I saw you had no other replies. I can tell you that Thursday evening gates were still closed at both of those ramps and it was ice as far as you could see both directions from coal shaft bridge. Sorry nothing more recent but it's all I got .

I don't see the possibility for open water until probably late next week. Alot of the lake had 10 inches of ice on it, which takes a long time to lose. From what I understand access to BoWoods and Wilborn Creek ramps is not possible/locked gates. There is still ice everywhere as far as the eye can see. Keep working on the honey do lists to stay in good graces until Mother Nature throws us a bone. Let's keep eyeball reports coming on here so we can get a handle on the situation.
Just came from Eagle Creek ramp and there is open water from the ramp to the tip of the break water.
The main body of the lake is rotten ice ready to brake up. Some wind will really help.
I drove around the lake sat. morning. mostly till frozen , but there is a little open water along most all the shore lines, and a little more at the boat ramps and rip rap shore lines. won't be long now.

Some open water by north ramp. Rest of the lake wasn't even blueing yet. Maybe by Thursday it will b clear

Heard a limit was caught from the ville today.
You hear it from a fisherman? I hear they lie, and guides are the worst. :biggrin
