LOL.....Good luck to ya!
Your about 8' late. Lake is over road to Indian mound. Put in at Wyatt's and mark whats left.
So me marking stake beds has something to do with me putting out stuff??? :dono:dono And now I'm lazy for it too, wow, thanks Ryan.
Looked at some stuff Wednesday that me and FIL put in the lake years ago, put some more stuff with it and weighted it down. Will say this, if I see it on my side scan I will dang well mark it and will dang well fish it and not worry about who put it out.
wasnt directing it toward you personal was make a comment i dont know if you put stuff out or not if you do great. But we both can agree that there are alot more folks fishing then there are helping out these lakes. And i do agree if you see it mark it nothing wrong with that
Start by bringing something to break through the ice!!! :biggrin
I hike the lakes all the time in the winter when its low and mark hundreds of stake beds and tree tops. Its a ton of work on foot. Usually a six mile hike every time. There are plenty of spots out there for everyone. I put a few small spots out for myself so i can wade and fish were people cant get to and watch the water levels like a hawk. You learn a lot about the topography this way. If i had four wheel it would be easy to put beds out. It would be easy if i had a boat too. I always try to make it to the habitat days but it always seem to be busy. I still manage to catch plenty of slabs and i put a lot of leg work in scouting.
Marking others stake beds is kind of like snagging and calling it fishing. Plenty of people do it, but anyone with half a brain knows better than to go on the World Wide Web and brag about it.
Once you put'em in public water they aint just yours.
I'm running low on trash bags. Anyone got a problem with me cruising the COE campgrounds and taking all the ones out of the empty trash cans?
Just because something is legal doesn't make it right.
It's not bragging. The lake is public. We all pay taxes. I was simply replying to the post to help.
