Can't ever post the pic from my phone how I want it lol
A 5/32 tungsten bead weighs .0139oz. Took a bit to actually find this one.
Nice looking jig! A little over 1/80 Oz for that one is light for sure!
That's a good looking tie
I use emerald shiner a lot, never have tried it with duck tail. Looks really good, I bet it will catch them for sure!!!!
Thanks guys... I was hoping that jig was a little heavier lol... Wonder which bead I would have to get to be around 1/32 or 1/48? I have had those forever and I used a lot of 1/100 oz when I probably bought them but I'm fishing a bigger deeper lake now and probably need around a 1/32 oz
did a lot of searching

I believe I have some in my tying room that are about 1/32?? I question if my memory is right or not, but I will check tomorrow when I go in there.
Good looking jig. That color combo is hot around here.
it is light but tungsten is denser .a lead jighead of the same size will fall slower.i use a lot of tung beads on bluegill flies
That is a great color!
Good looking tie . Like the colors . Gillchaser
Duck works very well on small jigs. You need to tie up some of different colors and fill your box with duck jigs.
I like it, looks great!!
I def have a lot of different colors of duck and need to tie a lot more... Tied some more last night but I put them in box before pic... The one at the beginning of the thread was claimed by a tree along with my float today lol... I caught a few gills on it and a trout... The crappie just haven't moved up in the creeks here yet... That's what happens when your bank bound you take what the lake gives you lol... But it will get good once it warms up some... It was supposed to get up to mid 40's today and the bank said 26 when we got into town after fishing lol... It was cold!
Def not ideal conditions but I have crappie fever (I should have been on a trout stream somewhere). Lol
