Anybody willing to help somebody that has never been on Sinclair with places to fish just hints places of ramps and camping spots.
Right now the only person catching numbers and size is Redeye Rob. He may see this and help.
NAW, that is a old joke.
Where will you you be putting your boat in?
Don't know have 17 ft cc boat know idea never fished their before
I don't know when you are planning on going, but the spots highlighted should produce fish this month and the into March
Ok here's you a map...it aint the best but will give you a rough idea of how to get around. Put in at Little River Marina (red x) its right off 441 so its easy to find and is a decent ramp (and a campground)...does have a $5 launch fee. From there start at #1 on the map this is beaverdam creek and the water is usually a little warmer than the rest of the lake this time of year, start trolling about mid way down to the bridge and back...if the fisha re in there you'll know it will be alot of boats trolling. #2 is Rooty creek and the are marked will produce fish as will #3 Nancy Branch and #4 is Optimus Island. you should be able to find fish in all or most of these spots this month. I will be fishing there a good bit starting the 12th, so if its after that send me a message here and i will give you the latest intel on whats going on or look for me on the lake I will be in a blue PT 175TF named "Crappie Attitude"

Hey Bigfish can you give me some Intel on Earl and Cuz's hot spots Lol.
We don't have any hot spots. That is just a Rumor!
Went sat did not catch a fish still learning beautiful day spent with wife and kids got to get serious though. Don't like not catching anything.still learning Sinclair
A friend and I put in at Lakeside Saturday about 9:30 and left about 6:00. We hooked three and managed to put one of them in the boat.
We drug ten long lines pretty much all day between the first cove on the left below Lakeside down the electrical towers in water from twenty five feet to five feet deep. We started off pulling double 3/32 oz. .tri-head jigs with triple-ripples and 1/8 oz. Road runner Pros with curly tails. As the water warmed up we went to shallower water and 1/32oz. single tri-heads with every color triple-ripple and paddle tail we had. We even drowned most of a bag of minners dragging them around on the jigs.
We eventually got brave enough to take part in the trolling derby without too many tangle ups.
But the day wasn't a total waste cause we did manage to learn something. We learned we still have a lot learn, the only problem is we may get to old to drive way up to the lake before we learn it.
Going dammar and will let y'all know.
