Mission accomplished! 50 for the grease

Dad called me and asked if I thought Incould catch a few to fry for friends and family Super Bowl Sunday. I told I couldn't but WE COULD! He finally decided to go and we had a blast! We also had one of his friends in the boat with us and it was always interesting when somebody set the hook and the fish wasn't there...lol!!! Now before anybody calls me out over the dinks you need to understand I took a tounge lashing for "accidentally dropping" about 15 back in the lake from my dad. He likes the little ones

Never fished a corp lake in my life. I stick to Ross Barnett, Okatibee and Lake Eddins. Dad does want to try Washington this year so I guess I will get out of my comfort zone a little.

Deltadawg, dad and I just made reservations at Roys store for the 27th. You will have to come at sit by the fire and eat with us that Friday night.

I fished Okatibbee for the first time a few weekends ago. Had a blast and caught lots of fish there.

We caught our fish in Bails creek from the point to where it turns back towards the dam. Found em holding in the bends of the creek ambushing baitfish in the current caused from them drawing the lake down because of the high water the week before.
