:RoflMy guess is Shappy
Looks like crappie to me, I would definitely stop and fish it!!
Give us the GPS coordinates, we'll let you know if they are crappie or shad! :Rofl
I marked those spots so hopefully when I go back they will still be there [emoji1] thanks guys.
just wondering what unit you are using ? Nice pics !
Hummingbird 859 DI
I'd guess game fish of some kind. Crappie, white bass, yellow bass???
Would fish it for sure.
Quick ... Get some minners down there ...!!!

crappies
Definitely crappie. Dots to big to be shad. Those are individual dots. Definitely drop something down to em.
Thanks guys!! I'm new to fish finders. I can't wait to get back out there to try an catch a few [emoji4]
You wont know for sure until you fish for them. Shad can grow just as big as crappie,so the size of the return dosnt mean anything. Shad dont suspend like crappie. That is why I will use traditional sonar screen along with DI screen. The traditional sonar will show that the school is roaming and not suspending in the branches. If the school is there one minute and gone the next, it is probably shad or maybe white bass. Drop a jig down and find out.
I think they are fish because shad show up so much less defined on mine. I use 998 SI
Those definitely look like crappie do on my 2d sonar, a bunch of small dots!!
