Paid 35k in federal last year got 3k back and paid $1,500 in property taxes. Sucks!!! Over 50k ss medical and everything.

I worked way way to hard and made "too much" money... The government needs a second helping, I'm sure of it.

just cost me bout $250 to renew my survey licence- its the "but its a fee not a tax" ones killing me! - shoot in this economy aint making no profits so dont owe a lot at end of the year buts the "fees" all year kill me!!

Now in order to take more away from us they want 9k more agents and 2 billion$ to enforce a health care policy that is being FORCED on us. I don't have a problem with taxes. My problem,as many others than myself have stated, is the waste of these resources on non-productive organizations and people. Remember the glass full of urine with a cross in it that was funded by your tax dollars. National Endowment for the Arts can be thanked for that one. Examples like this are rampant today. The govt is acting like a philanthropist who chooses to fund the most outrageous non-deserving organization or person they can find, and the're doing it with YOUR money.
I know, i know, too much rant. Good thing they dont tax the crappies:)
