Same rules as always. $5 per person per day. Not definite on the times yet but will get them on here soon. Please bring 2- $5 instead of 1- $10 if you are fishing both days, this makes it easier to split the days.
I will start it off.

Danny both days. Suggestion, can we make the Saturday weigh in earlier, maybe 4 pm. So we can eat earlier and have more time to fellowship.

Bruce both days.....and I vote on the 4 PM weigh in also but do it for both days so we can eat earlier and get everything done.....
Donna and I will arrive after lunch on Friday so will not fish that day. I may or may not bring my boat so will not get in the pot for Saturday. I am going to make this weekend of sitting around doing nothing.
If I dedide to fish I will rent a boat at LA State Park North.

Ok, Danny has graciously agreed to do the weigh in for me, I told him I wouldn't have a big enough fish and would rather stay on the water tring to catch enough to eat then to worry about getting back in time to do the weigh in. So here goes, WEIGH IN WILL BE FROM 4:30 TO 5:00, unless Danny is late getting there and then it will be from whenever he gets there to 30 MINUTES LATER.
I will still be collecting the money and handing it out. Money is usually handed out at supper both Friday & Saturday nights so that we can get a picture of the Big Fish Pot Winner!

WOW.....$80....now that is some incentive......
Man I am so disappointed in this darn weather! I was so going to fish before this all came in again as I thought it was going to be on every place! I have heard from some that they caught some in 6' to 8' of (around Lowe's creek area) water before now, but I have looked around where I live and nothing shallow. I do know where a few are, but not shallow and if someone wants to put in an entire day they can get some crappie I do believe so call me or PM me if interested, but remember you have some come all the way over here to put in and not a lot of room at that spot so would have to share it with others and just claim you spit and fish, but may want winners and jigs. I could crappie there not long ago on a 1/4 Oz jig and just tight lining. When the bite was best a guy could get a decent number of fish, but not sure about size!
Looks like we're going to be lucky with a break in the weather. Clear skies Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. High Saturday of 57°, rain then comes again on Sunday for a few days.
