Loud don't bother me I drove a truck All my life and plenty with the old school twin straight pipes and pulling 45000 lbs. so I can't hear good anyway.
I will make a suggestion, take it for what it worth. Order you 3 Southern Crappie rods from Ed Dukes in the 16 and you'll save around 50 bucks on the 3 poles, use the 50 saved toward you an Engel, think my 30 quart was around 80 bucks from Grizzly.
As far as the poles, Grizzly may have them on sale but if not the Ozarks have gotten pricey and I simply prefer the Southern Crappie rod over them. Both are stout but, in my opinion, the Southern rod has a more sensative tip. Little food for thought to stretch your bucks a little bit.
I ordered 3 southern crappie rods to fish side by side with my ozarks, tons of good reviews. Just can't beat the Deal they give ya, and hear they are great quality. Minnow cooler will help out a ton once it heats up! That's on my to-buy list, don't think you'll go wrong either way.
Where do you find Southern rods. I have looked and can't find them. Guess I have not looked in the right place yet.

OK, I had an old cooler like the fella before me :hesaid. My cooler is shot and I don't have another to use as a sacrifice. Any reason I can't use a Engle cooler that I can buy off Amazon for 60 bucks shipped to my house and use the hushbubbles I had on my cooler instead of buying a same size Engle bait cooler with a aerator that is junk for 20 bucks more. Just thinking out load, any ideas???

Charlie Bunting at Grizzly jig filled one he had used for a couple of years with water...turned it upside down ..with lid down...after the seminar there was a drop of water as big as a dime...this was an old, heavily used one.. That sure beats water sloshing all over the place

I bought the mid sized 1 from Cabelas on sale. It is by far the best bait cooler I have ever owned for keeping minnows. It is almost 5 gallons so when its full it is heavy, that's something to think about !
