Have you ever had one of those days where you could not tye anything right?? Well today is my day I could not do anything right !! I kept snagging my thread on the point of the hook and breaking it , could not get any Marabou tied right ,ect.ect... It took me 2 hours to tye 2 jigs so I said hey lets try tying a Wooly Booger yeah right more headaches ... So made a chocie I put things up and Goin to watch the football game and the UFC on the Boob Tube

Thats the thing about a hobby you can walk away from it.Start again. When you do somthing because you want to not because you have to. I enjoy making my Own lures and am now looking back at the old lures,Doll-Fly,Lit'l Elmo,Little george lures that caught fish lots of fish and have been forgetton about that will still catch fish.Their's a hole lot of fish(bass) that have never seen a pork rine. or pork Frog,Jig and eel.ect.

Like everyone has said that tie as much as most of us! Just walk away! It's the one thing that after all is said and done , pressure at work what ever it is , tying helps me go to my happy place! My Nirvana so to speak! That place of quiet time and escape. So walk away, stay a way for a few days or a week then sit back down and let the juices flow! That's the ticket!
We all have days when thing like that happen enough to really get under your skin, but things will get better and better over time. Nothing beats more tying to sharpen your skills!
