G-Daddy Crappie Tackle - Coweta Oklahoma Is Offline for Awhile
Originally I told a few about what is coming up. Then I thought there might be some saving I can share. I have aneurysm disease. It was discovered in 2008 during repair (stent) of an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, which was diagnosed in 2003 via a sonogram. I have 3 in the left leg and one on the left renal artery where it enters the aorta. Sonogram is the only way to detect these. There are no symptoms until it is too late. Lucille Ball, George C Scott (Patton) and John Ritter (3s Company) all died when an aneurysm ruptured. December 30 at Medical City in Dallas. Dr. B Ward Lane is going to repair this one in my left leg. He is the Gold Standard in Aneurysm Repair in the USA. I must stay down there for two weeks after the surgery. It is 6 inches long, which is big. If he can not stent it, then he will have to bypass it. Risky yes, but better than worrying about a rupture. I look forward to getting back in the forum, making baits and trying to catch a few crappie by mid January. My wife or son may post something on my G-Daddy Crappie Tackle Facebook page after surgery, which is supposed to last 4 hours. I am not seeking pity here. My point is you might want to talk to your doctor about a sonogram screening. It might save your life.
A few of you know me. Life is about building relationships and building great memories with family and friends. No drama allowed. Nothing more, nothing less. Merle, Travis and Allen we have fishing trips to complete when I return. Redge I owe you a few baits and a Secret Santa Shipment to you know who. There just was not enough time to complete all the work. Sorry. The Fall Camp was great, I was fortunate to meet a number of you. I am hopeful to get to the Winter Camp. If not, then the spring camp. I hope you fill the livewells when you go! I will not be on the computer or cell phone after tomorrow evening and very little if at all between now and then. God Bless and thanks for the memories we have made so far.:ThumbsUp
