I have always wanted to go for their spring show. My dad grew up in the Caruthersville area, and I have lots of family (of the long lost variety) in the area. I might go just because.

Mike, you need to go. Get your room reservation pretty quick.. They should be starting to fill up fast.. MAKE SURE you get a written confirmation on your room. There has been trouble with having a room in the past. Management at one hotel changed last year, so maybe no problems now. I've never been but my son and I are driving up either Friday or Saturday and coming back the same day. I'm looking forward to it! I'm trying to save up my pennies before the show.
Make the drive on up to Sikeston, MO and eat at Lambert's. That's the place where they throw rolls to you from across the room. Great food to boot.
