LSL Angler, speaking of that deal. I made special trip over to MR.Grumpy gill dock for Buffalo Water and popped a couple fish off of the front and was moving around to the side and shot a couple times. I was striking out and getting ready to leave, when he pulled up and got out off his truck. But i gave him the tail end of my boat and moved on. My work was done! [emoji12]

Lib baby, I can assure you that they are not same photo. I would never go so low to lie about catching fish. I don't come on here to brag about fishing. Just want every to know they are bitting. And how I did it and where. [emoji6]

Thanks for the report. I don't know when I'll be able to get back out but it's nice to be able to kinda keep up with what's going on if I do get a chance to go.
I was wondering if you're using a side scan to find your new spots? Reason I ask is I'm debating on whether to buy one so was just curious. Thanks

This is going to be debated some. But I don't even put my HDS on my boat this time of the year. The fish can be seen with side imaging but I don't have a big enough screen to truly see it actually. Even if I put it to only one side only. I fish a lot down there and know were the fish are this time of the year. Lots of time on the water has helped me. But to the point of whether you should by one or not. If I had a 10" screen or bigger I would have it on my boat all the time. You can really see and understand what your looking at a lot better.
I find my new spots by picking a place similar to what I'm finding my fish on already. Water depth, close to a point,close to drop off,close to river channel, main lake channel,coves, etc.[emoji16]

Yes get the side scan if you plan on fishing LOZ a lot. It will pay off. There's a lot of great Structure under docks that you'll never know with out it. Good Luck.....

Thanks for responding. I fish loz in the winter a couple of times per month and usually have descent luck but it would be nice to have an extra tool on the not so good days and also be able to find new spots easier. If I get one I will take your advice and get a bigger screen because it seems like that's everyone else's opinion also.
