I've been bass fishing the last few years after taking up the hobby later in life than most (let's just say the 50's). I absolutely love fishing, should've started a long time ago. My wife and I started crappie fishing late this summer and I just found this site. Looking forward to visiting the site and learning a lot!

Be sure and check out the Oklahoma state forum. There are a great bunch of guys on there and some are near you. You will find details on the Oklahoma CDC tournaments and the newly begun Oklahoma Crappie Camps. The camp in June is our main one and very family oriented. We had a great time this last June and a good get-together at Ft Gibson for our fall camp. You can see photos from those camps and from some of the tournaments in the site. You will also find out about local lake conditions and see a lot of success stories. You don't always hear about the unsuccessful trips unless it's WW42 or I. rotfl
