So I have a home in Florida and I'm here in the North exactly why!

I just drove home (Crappie.com North) from TomTom's house, slip sliding away. It was unreal. The roads were terrible. I was driving down a busy 45 mph road and there are side streets with stop signs left and right, and I see this guy slide right across the road in front of me without stopping! hmmm, I'm thinking the roads are pretty bad, I'm thinking, what the heck am I still doing here, I'm thinking, there ain't no snow at crappie.com headquarters south, so what exactly am I doing here! I dono


WELL, I'm supposed to do some Duck hunting next week with Mean Green 2 in Southern IL, so I guess that's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it! But then I tell you, Sunshine State, here I come. Fair warning!

Getting cold down here too. Had to trade me crocs for socks and sneakers.

Suppose to be 80° here today and tomorrow brrrrrrrr! Then a COLD snap Wednesday and then back to normal Thursday.........:Rofl:Rofl

This is Mean Green, the original Mean Green! Mean Grean 2's Uncle and hunting mentor. Boy he knows how to cook up a storm on the water. We did not go hungry.

And we fished for one hour, and kept 30 Crappie and 4 White Bass. Winghunter wanted fish to bring home for his wifey. We prolly actually caught twice that many. Threw others back. The action was crazy hot! Using "Gewbers" did real good. Was perfect for vertical jigging like we did.
