We going to give it a try sat. 22nd now. Maybe the weather will be better and if deer season is not over maybe everybody got there deer by then.

Too far the drive to just fish a fruit jar tourney for me..

But, for those that do go ... take pics & give reports on methods, depth, baits used, and any other info that won't compromise your honey hole locations. You can't keep what's happening at Green a secret, then expect a bunch of people to show up at tourneys. :Doh:

For those of you that plan on coming we will be at Holmes bend at daylight and the plan is to fish until 2 and meet back up at the ramp.
looks like they are dropping the bottom out of the lake at over a foot a day........

It was not a tourney!! was a funny fishing trip....we are trying to get a club started (green river slab-a-nators).......there was 4 boats there yesterday. slabdaddy (amateur crappie usa champion), colynn, t.slabseeker and slabeye...but a few more member couldnt make it...they had started pulling the lake, very windy and the fishing was pretty tuff.

Was thinking about going this coming Friday. My buddy and I have decided to start a new tradition. Instead of Black Friday at Bass Pro and Cabalas, we're going to Green River in Campbellsville. ?

Fish are on the ledges about 17 ft deep, well they for me Sunday. Fished with minnows and jigs had 33 keepers. If I would have had someone in the boat that wasnt just trying to show me he could tie hooks on, we would have caught more.:Rofl
